These Terms govern your use of finmitra.swiftsoftware.in and the services offered by Swift Software Solutions under the brand FinMitra(the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of our service

• The Platform is a financial marketplace that connects customers with verified financial partners.
• We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, broker, or financial advisor.
• We do not provide loans, sanction loans, guarantee approval, or set interest rates.
• Any loan, product, rate, or approval is determined solely by the financial partner and/or lending institution, subject to their eligibility criteria and terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use the Platform.

4. Enquiries and contact consent

• When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information provided is accurate and complete.
• You consent to being contacted by us and by a financial partner regarding your enquiry, via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• You verify your mobile number via OTP as part of submission.
• You may withdraw consent as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a loan offer, approval, or any particular terms. Information on the Platform (including any eligibility or rate information) is indicative and for general guidance only, and may change without notice.

6. User obligations

You agree not to provide false information, submit enquiries on behalf of others without authorisation, use the Platform for any unlawful or automated/bulk purpose, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform (including the "FinMitra" name and logo) are owned by or licensed to Swift Software Solutions and may not be used without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party partners

Financial partners are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, services, or the terms they offer. Your dealings with a partner are solely between you and that partner.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, from any enquiry, or from your dealings with a financial partner. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
